The Resolution Forum is set to return to London in March 2020 to build upon the success of the forums held in 2019.
Although details of the event are yet to be conformed, rest assured that this forum, much as the previous, will provide fascinating insights into customer complaint handing, business strategy, conflict management as well as opportunities to network with fellow professionals from across multiple sectors.
